Sessions at Leading Locally 2023 will be separated into three themes, addressing the ways we Strengthen, Build, and Love our communities.
Strengthen
How do we strengthen our communities, our partnerships with nonprofits, and our own organizations? This theme will include sessions related to collaboration, community impact, and disaster response and resilience.
Build
What does it take to build a future where we can all thrive? Sessions in this theme will pertain to policy, advocacy, and investing in long-term community-based solutions.
Love
How do we encourage equity and community belonging in the places we call home? Sessions will discuss community engagement and participation, arts and culture, sharing power, and racial equity.
