Pre-Conference Sessions

Pre-conference sessions will be held on Monday and Tuesday prior to the conference kick-off. Enhance your conference experience by adding on a pre-conference for an additional price. These sessions are open to all, unless otherwise noted.

Pre-conference sessions can be added to your registration during the registration process. To add a pre-conference session after you have completed registration, please reach out to conferences@cof.org.

Scholarships

Leaders who may not otherwise be able to attend Leading Locally 2025 due to limited professional development budgets are invited to apply for The Place Builder Scholarship. The scholarship will cover the full cost of registration. Travel, meals outside of the event, and accommodation are not included in the scholarship. Applications are due by January 10, 2025 and notifications will be sent in February 2025. Apply today.

Member Rates and Other Discounts

Council on Foundations members will automatically receive discounted member pricing when they log in to register as an attendee. If you do not see the member price, reach out to membership@cof.org to confirm your account is set up correctly.

Members of partner organizations will receive a Passcode and instructions for registering from their partner organization. Reach out to your partner organization with any questions on receiving discounted pricing.

Individuals outside the United States should reach out to conferences@cof.org for the Passcode and registration instructions to receive the Non-US Attendee price.

Registration Cancellation

All Leading Locally 2025 registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@cof.org. All cancellation refunds prior to May 1, 2025, will incur a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after May 1, 2025.
