Leading Locally 2025 - Dine-Around Request
Request to Host a Dine-Around
The Council on Foundations welcomes members of our community attending Leading Locally 2025 to host gatherings that will support our goals of engaging our conference participants in opportunities to connect and network with each other in ways that enhance collaboration.
We invite you to organize a dine-around to gather registered conference attendees offsite for dinner on the evening of June 10 at 6:15 PM. You will make arrangements with your chosen restaurant as reservations in the area are highly encouraged. The dine around is ideal for up to 8-10 people.
Requests are limited to one per organization and should be completed by May 6, 2025. As the host of a dine-around at Leading Locally 2025 you and your organization must complete the Council’s dine-around request form.
In addition, you must:
- Be registered to attend Leading Locally 2025 with the capacity to develop and lead the gathering you propose.
- Make reservations for your party (8 to 10 recommended), keeping in mind that you will likely depart the hotel by 6:30 PM.
- Develop a transportation plan, clearly outlining what costs (if any) would be covered by attendees.
- Be in the hotel lobby between 6:00 and 6:16 PM to meet Council staff in the lobby of the hotel to meet your guests.
- Please note that all events must follow the guidelines set for conference participation.
The Council will:
- Collect RSVPs for the dine-around through our conference app, provided the request is received by May 6.
- Share the list of registrants with the dine-around host.
- Provide signage for dine-around meet-ups in the hotel lobby.
Please note: the Council will not share emails or lists of people registered to attend Leading Locally 2025 with organizers in order to promote their event.
Dine-around requests will be approved on a rolling basis. Requests received after May 6 may not be included in conference marketing, communications and/or conference app and website.
