Host a Dine-Around
We invite you to organize a dine-around to gather registered conference attendees offsite for dinner on the evening of May 4 or May 6. You’ll select a restaurant and make arrangements—reservations are recommended. A dine-around is ideal for eight to 10 people. We’ll publish the details of approved dine-arounds in the event app, where attendees will be able to RSVP.
To host a dine-around at Building Together 2026, you must complete the dine-around request form by April 13. Requests are limited to one dine-around per organization.
In addition, you must:
- Be registered to attend Building Together 2026 with the capacity to develop and lead the gathering you propose.
- Select a restaurant (reservations are recommended).
- Develop a transportation plan and determine what costs (if any) would be covered by attendees.
- Be in the hotel lobby to meet Council staff and your guests 30 minutes prior to departure. You can expect to depart the hotel at 6:30 p.m. on Monday and 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
- Please note that all events must follow the guidelines set for conference participation.
The Council will:
- Collect RSVPs for your dine-around through our conference app.
- Share the list of registrants (name and organization only) with the dine-around host.
- Support attendees in finding their dine-around group in the hotel lobby.
