Building Together 2026 - Registration
Registration
Your conference registration includes all programming from the Monday afternoon opening reception through lunch on Thursday. Breakfasts, lunches, and Wednesday dinner are all included.
Council Members
This year, we are introducing tiered registration rates for Council members in an effort to make Building Together more accessible to foundations of all sizes. Thanks to generous sponsor support, every Council member can register at a rate below the actual per-person cost of producing the event.
Your registration rate is determined based on your organization’s Council membership dues (view our membership dues types). You will see your registration rate when you log into your Council account to register.

Bridge Builder Scholarship
The Bridge Builder Scholarship supports participation for those who may not otherwise be able to afford to attend Building Together 2026. The scholarship is open to members only. Travel, reimbursement for any meals outside the event, and accommodation are not included in the scholarship. The application deadline is December 8, 2025.
Philanthropy Northwest Members
Philanthropy Northwest Members who are not Council members will receive access to a discounted registration rate through January 15. Please contact Nancy Sanabria for instructions on how to redeem your discount.Nonmembers
The nonmember registration rate is set at the actual per attendee cost of the event. Register early to receive a discount or become a Council member to save even more.

Nonprofit Partners
While funders are the primary audience for Building Together, we are all enriched by the expertise of our practitioner colleagues. As such, funders will be able to invite their nonprofit partners to attend.
This is an opportunity to invite non-funder colleagues with whom you work especially closely. Perhaps it’s someone who functions as an extended member of your staff, a well-trusted collaborator, a mentee, or someone you know your funder peers should really meet and learn from. This is not intended for your wider network of grantees and partners.
Funders, invite your partners by completing the form available at the link below. You will then receive an email with registration instructions that you will forward to your nonprofit partners.

Registration Cancellation
All Building Together 2026 registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to conferences@cof.org. All cancellation refunds prior to March 20, 2026, will incur a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after March 20, 2026. There is no cancellation fee to transfer your registration to someone else.
