Registration

Your conference registration includes all programming from the Monday Welcome Reception through lunch on Thursday. Breakfasts, lunches, and Tuesday dinner are all included. 

Registration Rates

This year, we are introducing tiered registration rates for Council members in an effort to make Building Together more accessible to foundations of all sizes. Thanks to generous sponsor support, every Council member can register at a rate below the per-person cost of producing the event.

Your registration rate is based on your organization’s Council membership dues. You will see your registration rate when you log into your Council account to register.

Council Member Registration Rates:

Bridge Builder Scholarship

The Bridge Builder Scholarship covers registration for those who may not otherwise be able to afford to attend Building Together 2026. The scholarship is open to members only. Travel, reimbursement for any meals outside the event, and accommodation are not included. The application deadline is December 8, 2025.

Philanthropy Northwest members who are not Council members will receive access to a discounted registration rate through January 15. Please contact Nancy Sanabria for instructions on how to redeem your discount.

Philanthropy Northwest Member Rates:

  • On or Before January 15 – $2,300
  • January 15 – April 10 – $3,100
  • On or After April 11 – $3,400

The nonmember registration rate is set at the actual per-attendee cost of the event. Register early to receive a discount or become a Council member to save even more.

While funders are the primary audience for Building Together, we are all enriched by the expertise of our practitioner colleagues. So this year, funders will be able to invite their nonprofit partners that engage in this work to attend.

Perhaps it’s someone who acts as an extended member of your staff, a well-trusted collaborator, a mentee, or someone your funder peers should really meet and learn from. This invitation is not intended for your wider network of grantees and partners.

Funders, invite your partners by completing the form. You will then receive an email with registration instructions that you can forward to your nonprofit partners.

  • On or After April 11 – $2,300

Reception Only Registration

Only able to get away for an evening? Join us at our Welcome Reception on Monday, May 4, from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. PT by purchasing a ticket for $125.

To register for the Welcome Reception only, select Reception Only as your Registration Type.

If you are registering for the entire conference, the reception is included. If you would like to bring a guest to the reception only, add them to your registration as a guest or have them register on their own as Reception Only.


Registration Cancellation

All Building Together 2026 registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@cof.org. All cancellation refunds prior to March 20, 2026, will incur a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after March 20, 2026. A cancelled registration can be transferred to another person without fees through April 24, 2026.
