It includes plenty of exercises, trackers, and guides to help you achieve balance in your life. It has 49 pages, with all sections and tabs hyperlinked to easy navigation. This planner was designed to use with a note-taking app such as Goodnotes or Notability. An ink-friendly copy is included if you want to print it out on your personal printer and prefer a hard copy. Simply download this file directly to your tablet or iPad (file size is 3.2 MB). No zip files or external links to download will be required.
