In the conversation moderated by Stephanie Powers, the Council’s Sr. Advisor for Public Policy and Partnerships and Nidale Zouhir, Manager of Government Affairs, we discussed the likelihood of Congressional actions, including new tax policies, that will impact philanthropy prior to and after the mid-term elections in November.
