Helen Smith Price is Vice President of Global Community Affairs and President of the Coca-Cola Foundation.
She joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1993 as a Corporate External Affairs Director. Before her current positions, Price served as Assistant Vice President, Group Director of Global Community Affairs and Executive Director of The Coca-Cola Foundation. In these roles she managed the day-to-day operations of the foundation including grant making, financial requirements, and regulatory compliance for domestic and international philanthropy.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Price held roles in the tax and accounting departments at the BellSouth Corporation and Arthur Andersen & Co. She was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia.
Price currently serves on the boards of the Woodruff Arts Center’s Alliance Theatre, The Villages at Carver Family YMCA and the Association of Corporate Contributions Professionals. She also serves on the Nominations Committee for the United Way of Greater Atlanta and the Corporate Contributions Council of The Conference Board.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Spelman College.
