Director of the Partnership for the Bay's Future

Georgette Bhathena is the Director of the Partnership for the Bay’s Future (“the Partnership”) which is a multi-sector collaborative effort focused on advancing the region’s future by solving its interconnected challenges of housing, transportation, and economic opportunity. Working closely with the San Francisco Foundation’s CEO and VP of Programs, Georgette oversees the day-to-day leadership and coordination to advance the regional agenda and solutions along with the launch and implementation of the Policy Fund.

Prior to this role, Georgette led the Global Philanthropy team and efforts in the West for JPMorgan Chase, which included over $20 million in grantmaking aimed at improving economic opportunity for people in the region. 

Georgette serves on the board of ICA Fund Good Jobs in Oakland, a nonprofit that invests in high potential businesses to create economic freedom for those who need it the most. She holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Washington.
