Kat Kelley-Chung

Kat Kelley-Chung's role is as much an instructor as it is healer. She takes great care to meet all her students where they are and gently guide them on their path to self-discovery. As the owner and director of BYC|YOGA26, which opened in 2007 as one of the first Ghosh lineage hot yoga studios in Maryland, she teaches classes regularly, runs an intensive mentorship and development program for her instructors, and programs regular posture clinics. That same year she was profiled in a three page spread about the hot yoga industry in Ebony magazine (November 2007 issue).
