Room Rate: $219.00 single/double occupancy only, plus local taxes and fees. These rates are based on availability and are available 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference dates.

All Conference sessions and activities will be convened at the Washington Hilton unless otherwise noted on the conference schedule.

The special conference rates for The Washington Hilton are guaranteed until May 23, 2014. However, please note that rooms may sell out before the hotel reservation deadline.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or be accompanied by the first night’s room deposit. The hotel will charge the participant’s credit card one night room deposit equal to the applicable room rate for each room reservation. All credit cards used to reserve rooms will be charged immediately. Discounted conference group rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. In other words, while there is inventory available within the group’s room block. Once the room block is sold out, we are unable to guarantee you the group rate.

Cancellation Policy:

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival to receive a refund on your deposit. If a reservation is cancelled after the cancellation period, a penalty may be applied. Early Departure Fee:

Conference participants with confirmed reservations wishing to check out prior to the reserved checkout date will incur an early checkout fee of $219 plus tax. Participants wishing to avoid the early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

*All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hilton bell staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on their departure day.
