Natilee McGruder Kyle is the former Co-Chair and current Director of Alabama Leads, a program co-created to provide peer connection, opportunities for learning and growth, and programmatic support for leaders working to build a more resilient, equitable, and peaceful Alabama
She started her career with the Federation of Child Care Centers of Alabama, a childcare advocacy organization started in Selma in the 1970s to provide equal opportunity access to early care and education in rural communities.
Today she serves as a sought-after consulting partner where she serves in a variety of roles including strategic visioning, executive coaching, program design, leadership development, and more. Natilee holds a BA in Spanish from Howard University, a JD with a Public Interest Certificate from the University of Alabama School of Law, and a Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney. She lives in Huntsville with her husband Forrest.
