Marie Cleaves Rothacker

Marie Cleaves Rothacker is passionate about connecting people across disciplines for the greater good. She does this through her work in philanthropy by supporting a breadth of community benefit organizations, legacy givers, and giving circles. Her multidisciplinary work has included contributions to higher education, international relief, birth support, arts administration, consulting, small business ownership, and community foundation development. Having navigated firsthand the many divides we experience in the U.S. as a daughter of a Honduran immigrant growing up in a small town, the content of the Bridging Differences Leadership cohort was not only refreshing, but immediately applicable. As a former dancer, she's especially interested in the benefits that mindfulness brings to bridging. She’s honored to serve as one of the co-leads for the Leading Across Differences Peer Learning Circle.
