Sarah believes that effective community philanthropy changes lives, she’s seen the power that’s unlocked when community foundations step fully into community leadership. She comes to CFLeads with more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and more than 10 years experience with place-based foundations. Prior to joining CFLeads, she served as the organizational lynchpin of the New Pluralists, a national collaborative of funders, practitioners, storytellers, researchers, and innovators focused on strengthening a culture of pluralism across the United States.
Sarah also brings a wealth of experience in community philanthropy having served in roles at the Indiana Philanthropy Alliance and the Northern Indiana Community Foundation. As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Innovation, Sarah is responsible for forging strategic partnerships, driving innovation, and amplifying CFLeads’ impact nationwide.
