Cait Botschner

Cait Botschner is an Ohio native and resides in the Greater Dayton area. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Ohio University and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Cait has worked in the environmental and non-profit field for over 17 years implementing programs, providing structure and organization, and bringing ideas to fruition. Her passion is to serve the community with a focus on planet, people, and philanthropy. Cait is the principal and owner of Field in Sight Consulting, LLC where she facilitates regional strategies around climate and environmental justice. Her mission is to help move organizations forward to reach their goals by leveraging funding, providing technical expertise, organizational capacity, and thought leadership in the space of environment and climate, always with a focus on equity and environmental justice. She currently facilitates member engagement and learning for the Community Foundation Climate Collaborative.
