Sonya Salanti

With more than $120 million in assets, the Tillotson family of funds are focused on community and economic development in northern New Hampshire, Quebec and Guatemala. As director, Sonya is responsible for Tillotson Funds strategic planning and execution, grantmaking, program implementation, and community engagement. She has been with the Charitable Foundation since 2020. Prior to her role at the Foundation, Sonya worked in international development, with a focus on economic recovery in disaster- and conflict-affected environments. She has more than 25 years’ experience working in the non-profit sector in community development, child and family services, energy and environment, and public education. In her free time, Sonya loves to travel, enjoy the outdoors, volunteer, and participate in community theatre/dance.
