Lilliane Ballesteros

Lilliane serves as the Executive Director of Latino Community Fund of Washington State (501c3) and Progreso: Latino Progress (501c4). She has been the Executive Director of LCF since 2019, having previously served as the Director of Development. Her experience is rooted in supporting the capacity and power of local communities, leaders, nonprofits, and community organizations. In her role, she supports and works alongside a team to build statewide power with Latinx/e communities, advocating for equitable policies. Lilliane is also on the board of Philanthropy NW, Front and Centered, and the WA Resource and Conservation Development. She is also a member of Radial Donors of Color for Collective Liberation (RDCCL), a network of donors of color that function under Social Justice Fund NW.
