Mohammed Arham is a first-year architecture student at the Washington University in St. Louis's Sam Fox School. He worked as a summer intern for the Sasaki Foundation during their SEED 1 program where he collaboratively designed an outdoor garden classroom for the Mattahunt school in Boston. During his second summer with the Foundation, he won the 10 World Trade Youth Design Competition on team WeTu by designing an art kiosk that symbolized a weaving of cultures to facilitate local artist exhibitions. In the summer of 2024 as part of the SEED 3 program, he worked on the redesign of the courtyards in the West Broadway housing community in Boston alongside the Boston Housing Authority. In 2023 he also spoke on a Youth Perspectives in Design panel for the Sasaki Foundation sharing his experiences with design education as a high school student.
