Susan Carter is a community leader committed to advocacy, representation, and stewardship. She has spent her career energizing individuals, communities, and organizations around critical issues. Susan practices trust based philanthropy in an effort to reduce philanthropic power dynamics and structural barriers that impair nonprofit impact.

Civic organizations
•    Currently, Susan is a member of the Minnetonka Coalition for Equitable Education and is a partner to the Heading Home Minnesota Funders Collaborative. Recently, Susan was an elected At-large City Council member in the city of Minnetonka, MN. She also served on the Board of the Grief Club of Minnesota and was a member of the Development committee.
