Otha Cole

Otha brings over fifteen years of experience working with nonprofits and social causes in California, leveraging his expertise in nonprofit development, philanthropy, and project management to support the nonprofit ecosystem in Los Angeles. At the Play Equity Fund, Otha spearheaded the Alliance: Los Angeles, a multi-year initiative comprising the 12 major LA sports teams to tackle systemic barriers for youth of color. His tenure at Community Partners involved managing learning opportunities and being an adviser and liaison to a portfolio of 25 social enterprises. Earlier in his career, Otha managed enrichment programs for youth, including arts enrichment for middle schoolers, and was a board member of the Architectural Foundation of Santa Barbara, which supported art and design activities in Santa Barbara County. Leveraging broad experience across the nonprofit sector, Otha is dedicated to empowering organizations to drive social change.
