Shira Hodges is an independent consultant and strategic leader with deep expertise in philanthropy, social impact, and partnership development. She specializes in building collaborative initiatives that unite diverse stakeholders to drive lasting change. Hodges has been instrumental in launching and managing major efforts, including The Freedom Fund, The End Fund, and local initiatives such as the Census Fund and COVID-19 Disaster and Prevention Fund.

Previously, she served as Executive Vice President at Philanthropy Network and as a Program Director at Geneva Global, where she managed over $30 million in grants across 20+ countries. She is enjoys cultivating cross-sector partnerships and strategically aligning resources for greater impact. Her experience also includes leading research initiatives in South Africa and shaping healthcare policy at both state and national levels, focusing on community health and systems-level solutions.

Hodges holds an MPH from George Washington University, a BA from University of Denver, and a Certificate in Humanitarian Leadership from Deakin University. She enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, and discovering new places with her spirited toddler.
