Jeannine Gant is a nonprofit strategist, systems thinker, and the managing director behind Gigantic Concepts, a consulting firm that helps mission-driven organizations embrace bold ideas, build intentional strategies, and move from vision to action. With a career spanning three decades in the nonprofit sector, Jeannine brings clarity, inspiration, and strategic insight to complex challenges. A former nonprofit CEO, she has guided organizations through transformative change, always rooted in inclusion, community trust, and authenticity. As a thought partner to nonprofit executives, Jeannine is known for helping leaders see the big picture, align purpose with action, and spark new possibilities. She currently serves as the Inclusive Growth Officer at the Detroit Regional Partnership, where she leads work at the intersection of inclusive economic development and advanced mobility. Her role centers on ensuring that historically excluded communities are connected to opportunity as the region becomes a global epicenter of innovation and industry. Jeannine recently served on the selection committee for an innovative grantmaking process designed to support organizations poised for systems-level impact. While she did not design the process, she brought an authentic lens to selecting grantees who embody equity, proximity to community, and transformational vision. Her career spans award-winning campaigns, strategic planning, and coalition-building efforts focused on inclusion. She was appointed to the State of Michigan Task Force on Juvenile Justice Reform and serves on several boards committed to creating access and opportunity. At her core, Jeannine believes in contributing to something greater than herself, and in using her voice, experience, and inuitive insight to help others do the same.
