Mansi Kathuria

Mansi Kathuria is the Field Strategy and Research Analyst with the Network for Transformative Change where they lead the Bridging for Democracy program and work closely with our partners on research and field experiments to build narratives for belonging.

Mansi has worked across social movements for the last decade as a community and labor organizer. Previously, they have organized with Asian Americans Advancing Justice Chicago, building coalitions to advance immigrant justice and racial equity across the state, and worked as a labor organizer with National Nurses United.

Mansi is from Chicago and now lives in Oakland with their cat, Zuzu. They love to experiment in the kitchen, spend time outside, and read.
