Is your organization a member of the Council?
We will use this to confirm your eligibility to participate in the cohort if your organization is not a member. If your organization does not have a website, please include a link to your organization's 990 on ProPublica or GuideStar or other publicly available information about your organization.
Please provide a short bio that highlights some of your past work.
Participants who register as a team with a colleague from their organization receive a 10% discount. Please note that each person from your organization must complete an application.
