Caroline Mehl is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Constructive Dialogue Institute. She has expertise in translating psychological research into innovative real-world applications. In her role, Caroline advises universities, workplaces, philanthropists, and communities on how to create more open cultures where people can navigate their differences effectively.
Previously, Caroline was an Associate Research Scholar and Visiting Scholar at New York University’s Stern School of Business. She has experience in venture capital, social entrepreneurship, and venture philanthropy. Caroline received her bachelor’s degree from Yale and her master’s degree from Oxford as a Blavatnik Foundation Scholar. Caroline’s writing has been featured in the Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Ed, TIME, and the Harvard Business Review. She is on the Advisory Board of two national initiatives working to heal our country's divides: Disagree Better and Builders.
