Kayla Ortiz

Kayla is a Richmond, VA-based strategy and operations professional with experience helping organizations build the infrastructure and partnerships they need to grow. She has worked with organizations across startup consulting, hospitality, social impact, and most recently coffee SaaS (software as a service). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from the University of Richmond and a Master's in Social Innovation for Sustainable Development from the ITCILO in Turin, Italy.  

She has a "gifting for thrifting" and can find almost any item secondhand and/or 70% off. She uses this skill to make mystery boxes for friends!
