Caitlin Shrigley

Caitlin Shrigley leads the learning and evaluation activities for the Trust for Civic Life, identifying opportunities for meaningful investment and guiding how the Trust measures impact. In this role, she creates space for practitioners and funders to share local innovations in civic infrastructure and develops best practices for supporting civic life at the local level. Caitlin draws on her background in anthropology and human-centered design to build robust learning communities, research emerging solutions, and establish the right impact metrics. Prior to working with the Trust, Caitlin led research and experience design for a wide range of social enterprises, foundations, and government agencies to engage the communities they serve. She lives in Oregon and stays connected with her community through volunteering at local nonprofits.
