Senam Tsikata

Senam is an operations and program management professional with experience supporting nonprofit organizations through program coordination, grants management, and cross-functional collaboration. She specializes in streamlining processes, coordinating complex initiatives, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Previously, she served as a Program Associate at an international development organization, where she managed grant funding, tracked program deliverables, and supported donor compliance across multiple international development programs. Senam holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia, with a minor in French. Senam is a lucky lefty that enjoys traveling, walks, and is fluent in French.
