In order to be successful in the next century of leading and supporting communities, community philanthropy must determine the leadership characteristics and cultural elements that are necessary to ensure success. This includes expanding the ways in which we collaborate with private, government and other philanthropic organization amongst other approaches. Speakers at this interactive plenary will share their thinking on the leadership, communication and cultural practices vital to staying effective and relevant in the future.
