Vice President, Community Impact
As Vice President of 3M Community Impact, Michael Stroik leads the 3M community impact strategy for 3M Company – overseeing more than $375 Million in social investments since 2020. His team aims to build social connectedness at 3M and maximize community impact globally by leveraging 3M employee passion and expertise with 3M products, technologies and philanthropy.
Prior to his current role in 3M Community Impact, Michael served 3M Human Resources as the Global Executive and Leadership Development Leader, responsible for the evolution and advancement of the 3M Global Executive and Leadership Development portfolio.
Prior to 3M, Michael spent time working in a variety of roles for CECP in research and analytics, PolicyLink in communications and equity project management and Target Corporation in Merchandising and Community Relations.
Michael received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin and holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Washington. Michael and his wife, Jenny, are the exhausted parents of three young and energetic boys: Charlie, Parker and Jack.
