All conference events will take place at the Hilton Anatole unless otherwise noted.
Single/Double occupancy = $249.00/night plus local taxes and fees
Triple occupancy = $269.00/night plus local taxes and fees
Quad occupancy = $289.00/night plus local taxes and fees
To make your reservations, access the special Online Reservation URL in your Annual Conference registration confirmation email.
The special conference rates for the Hilton Anatole are guaranteed until March 31, 2017. However, please note that rooms may sell out before the hotel reservation deadline.
These rates are good, based on availability, three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates.
Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival to receive a refund on your deposit. If a reservation is canceled after the cancellation period, a penalty may be applied. Contact the hotel directly at the number listed above for additional information about the penalty.
Early Departure Fee: Conference participants with confirmed reservations wishing to check out prior to the reserved checkout date will incur an early checkout fee of $199 plus tax. Participants wishing to avoid the early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Check In: 3:00 p.m.
All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Guest services can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on their departure day.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.
Self Parking: $20.00 plus tax per vehicle, per night
Valet Parking: $29.00 plus tax per vehicle, per night
