Angela Osmar

Angela Osmar joins the Council on Foundations as Manager, Public Policy. Prior to the Council, Angela worked at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and other sexual and reproductive health (SRH) organizations, where she helped advance administrative and legislative advocacy related to access to care. Her work has included policy analysis, regulatory comment development, coalition engagement, and issue advocacy on the Affordable Care Act, Title X, and related SRH priorities. Originally from Florida, Angela earned her Bachelor of Science from Stetson University.
