Eden Xenakis

As Chief of Staff of the Bezos Family Foundation, Eden works as a strategic partner to the President and Senior Leadership team. She helps to shape the Foundation’s roadmap, with the goal of helping drive more equitable outcomes for children and young people. She works across the organization, connecting work streams and programs while planning and implementing high-visibility projects. As a proxy to the President, Eden represents Leadership’s thoughts and decisions to staff and external stakeholders. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2017, Eden worked at Deloitte Digital, focusing on creating and implementing customer-facing digital strategies for clients with an emphasis on creating a collaborative, results-driven environment. Eden holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  She lives in Seattle with her husband and three children.
