Frank Gaudio

Frank Gaudio is a member of the Board of Directors and a Trustee for the PwC Charitable Foundation. He is the Foundation’s Veterans Liaison and oversees the Foundation’s Veterans Initiative as well as being integrally involved in the Foundation’s overall charitable functions. Frank is a member of the Leadership Cabinet and the Audit Governance Committee for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and a part of the Department of Defense Senior Leadership Program. He also serves on the Strategy Council for the First Tee of Greater Chicago and as a Learning & Development and Strategy consultant for PwC.

As previous US Deputy Tax Leader of all US Markets and Operations and Global Strategic Projects Leaders for PwC. He also served as Senior Relationship Partner to several of the firm’s large clients and his background includes a JD, Master of Law, University of Chicago teaching position, and four years on the Firm’s Board of Partners.
