Greg Larson

Greg Larson provides legal and strategic counsel to a wide variety of nonprofit organizations, helping them navigate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, complex tax and other regulatory issues with confidence. Greg regularly advises community foundations, private foundations, and other philanthropic organizations on grant-making program design and implementation, program-related investments, and similar matters. Higher education institutions and their related foundations also rely on Greg’s guidance regarding governance matters, gift acceptance, scholarships, and fellowships.
