Harrison Kanzler, Executive Director of Affordable Housing, Education and Development (AHEAD), Inc., got involved with housing in 2017 when he first started working in Real Estate in the Mount Washington Valley of New Hampshire. Harrison saw firsthand how challenging the housing market was for people living and working in the area then and decided to get involved. Harrison became the Executive Director of the Mount Washington Valley Housing Coalition where he worked with municipalities in the Mount Washington Valley to promote and educate on affordable housing. Harrison is now the Executive Director of AHEAD, which provides financial literacy education and consoling, affordable housing and community development services, and affordable property management. He serves on the Governor's Council for Housing Stability, the Governing Council of Housing Action New Hampshire, co-chairs the NeighborWorks America Rural Advisory Committee, and is a board member of the National NeighborWorks Association.
