Heidi Curtis

Heidi Curtis has over 30 years of nonprofit and corporate philanthropy experience. Since joining Florida Blue in 2015, she has held several roles within corporate social responsibility and at the Foundation, including overseeing employee giving and corporate volunteerism for over 12,000 employees and managing the statewide Healthy Communities grant program.

In her current role, she is responsible for creating and executing the Foundation’s learning programs and events and developing and enhancing community collaborations and partnerships. Heidi is responsible for producing the Foundation’s annual Community Health Symposium and Sapphire Awards, which includes recruiting over 50 speakers, creating session content, and leading the Sapphire Awards process.  The event features panel discussions, break-out sessions, and networking opportunities for over 700 attendees including representatives from health care, government, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. 

Heidi is a member of the executive committee of Women United at United Way of Northeast Florida and on the board of directors of the Florida Literacy Coalition.
