Jason McGill

Jason McGill is the Founder and Principal of Justice Associates, LLC, a consultancy that works with private and family foundations in advancing organizational governance, strategies, and voice that align with racial and broader social justice principles and values.  He works with organizational leaders to develop, facilitate, and guide board and executive teams through learning and practice journeys that result in organizational clarity and unified direction.  His style of facilitation, coaching, and advising is centered in building trust, collaboration, honesty, and joy.  Jason has worked at a national and international level with donors and foundations for over twenty years.  Prior to founding Justice Associates, he worked at the Arcus Foundation (Vice President and Co-Executive Director), Philanthropy New York (Vice President), Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, and Prep for Prep.  He completed his Doctorate in History at the University of Michigan, and his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees at Cornell University.
