Chief Talent Officer
Jennifer Jaramillo is chief talent officer at The Kresge Foundation. She is responsible for creating and implementing the talent and human resources strategy at Kresge. She also serves as the Senior Advisor to Kresge’s Equity Task Force and identifies as a second-generation Filipino American cisgender woman. She joined the foundation in 2016.
Previously, Jennifer worked for more than 14 years with Accenture where she co-led the organization’s Global Talent Professional Community. Her clients included several Fortune 500 companies, state, local, and federal government offices, domestic and international not for profits, and philanthropy.
A native of Detroit, she earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan’s School of Engineering, an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University.
