Jonathan Leon

Unapologetic in his commitment to fighting racism, Dr. Jonathan Leon brings over a decade of experience in philanthropic strategic programming, community organizing, and culturally responsive youth development as the Senior Director of Forward Promise (FP). After working in the Atlanta Public School system, he served as the Senior Director of Regional Impact at nonprofit civic leadership development organization Leadership for Education Equity (LEE), to support equity-focused leaders in Atlanta in their work to affect change in policy and systems. Fueled by the desire to ensure equitable opportunities for youth, he earned his Doctorate in Education Policy and Leadership from American University.
