Katie Loudin

Katie Loudin is the Director of Strategic Development at the West Virginia Community Development Hub. She has more than 15 years of community development experience. As a part of the Executive Leadership Team, Katie enjoys developing resources and cultivating leadership in others to serve rural and historically underinvested communities across Appalachia in her role at The Hub. 

Prior to joining The Hub, Katie was the Director of Community Engagement at West Virginia Wesleyan College. She furthered her personal mission of developing leadership and organizational capacity across the Appalachian region when she joined the One Foundation as the Executive Director in 2020.  

Katie holds a bachelor's degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University. She also taught English on a Fulbright Teaching Assistantship in Thailand.  Katie lives in Buckhannon, West Virginia with her family where she is an active board and community member.
