Kellie Alexander believes that community foundations are uniquely positioned to be fundamental partners in promoting an engaged culture of philanthropy to catalyze connection and collaboration for innovative and sustainable change.
Kellie joined CFLeads as Network Engagement Manager in March 2024 to support CFLeads’ continued economic mobility work. In her role, Kellie focuses on the engagement of community foundations interested or participating in economic mobility programming through promoting the exchange of knowledge, fostering collaboration, and ensuring strategic communications. She also leads creation of the inaugural CFLeads Fellowship Program.
Before joining CFLeads, Kellie co-created new realities and sustainable change as a Fellow with The Patterson Foundation through diligent project management. Previously, Kellie served in development, stewardship, and event management roles in Eastern North Carolina and Central Indiana. Originally from Northern Indiana, Kellie graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in philanthropic studies from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
