Kerry Medek

Kerry Medek is managing director at GHR Foundation, overseeing the Global Vital Church and Thriving Local Communities programs. In this role Kerry leads the foundation’s efforts to build capacity of the global Catholic Church in support of its local social service mission around the world and she supports place-based community building in the Foundation’s home-base of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Her ultimate pursuit is to cultivate a culture of care that supports listening, shared learning and experimentation. 

Previous to this, Kerry supported strategy and learning for the foundation as well as grants management and board operations. Before joining GHR, Kerry was a governance coordinator at the Minnesota State Bar Association, and she coordinated refugee programs for Catholic Charities of Tennessee.
