Lida Minasyan

Lida strengthens GFC’s partnership and donor opportunities, developing innovative strategies and solutions. Lida has more than eight years of experience in an NGO sector leading advocacy, coalition building and human rights projects. She has previously worked as the Executive Director of Society Without Violence NGO in Armenia, protecting the rights of women and advocating for domestic violence legislation and gender education in public schools. She has started and supported local grassroots initiatives focusing on young women and peacebuilding. Lida has also worked with other grassroots and international organizations, providing expertise in their capacity development, human rights advocacy, and fundraising efforts.
