Ling Woo Liu

Ling Woo Liu joined the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health in May 2015. She currently works as Director of Communications and Community Engagement. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Liu spent five years at the Asian Law Caucus, where she served as the Director of Strategic Communications and the first director of the Fred Korematsu Institute. During her tenure, she helped pass Fred Korematsu Day, the first day in US history named after an Asian American. Prior to her non-profit work, she spent a decade as a journalist and filmmaker, including several years as a reporter for TIME magazine in Hong Kong.
