Mansha Siraj is a seasoned social impact professional with expertise in policy design, philanthropic strategy, and data-driven decision-making.  She specializes in leveraging mixed-methods research to advance equity-driven initiatives and has extensive experience in survey design and evaluation, conducting focus groups and personal interviews, and analyzing large-scale datasets to generate actionable insights. Proficient in tools like Stata, R and NVivo, Mansha has a proven track record of using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategies addressing complex social and public health challenges.

Mansha’s global health experience spans India, Sub-Saharan Africa (Kenya, Ethiopia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Nigeria), and the United States. Her work has addressed critical public health issues, including Universal Health Coverage, nutrition, immunization, neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, and maternal and child health.

Over her decade-long career, she has led numerous landscape analyses and stakeholder mapping projects. Notably, she conducted two comprehensive, country-wide studies on NTDs in Ethiopia and Kenya, mapping key stakeholders across politics, media, advocacy, and technical expertise to influence policy and drive strategic engagement. In the DRC, she supported the President’s Office with strategic communications, collaborating with high-level officials across government departments to advance a cross-sectoral agenda during the DRC’s African Union Chairpersonship in 2021-22. In the United States, Mansha has worked with several philanthropic organizations and nonprofits, providing expertise in portfolio analyses, program evaluations and strategic planning.

Mansha is also skilled in designing capacity-building and leadership training programs. In Ethiopia, she conducted workshops for senior civil society leaders working on LGBT health rights, HIV/AIDS testing, and safe sex practices, equipping them with advocacy skills to strengthen grassroots public health leadership. At the University of California Global Health Institute, Mansha spearheaded efforts to design an Implementation Science Collaborative that would host leadership training and exchange programs for global health practitioners, fostering innovation and collaboration in the field.

Mansha holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Delhi.
