Molly Sanchez

Molly Sanchez serves as Chief Community Investment Officer at Innovia Foundation, a regional community foundation working across Eastern Washington and North Idaho to strengthen the civic fabric of rural and urban communities alike. In her role, Molly leads grantmaking and community investment strategies that connect donor generosity with the region’s most pressing priorities, from educational opportunity to rural community vitality. Over the past decade, she has helped evolve Innovia from transactional grantmaking toward collaborative, trust-based partnerships with nonprofits, residents, and public-sector leaders.

She has played a key role in Innovia’s efforts to convene diverse stakeholders around themes of trust, belonging, and shared responsibility, including the Foundation’s 2026 “Building Trust, Building Community” leadership summit.
