Robb A. Gray is the director of policy-advocacy at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, where he leads efforts to advance systemic change through policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement. With a career spanning philanthropy, the nonprofit sector, and government, he has held leadership roles at Arnold Ventures, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, and the Oklahoma State Senate, among others. Gray has serves on multiple boards, including the Ballot Initiative Strategy Center Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from the University of Florida and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
