Solomon Ndondo

Executive Director
Solomon Ndondo is 27 years old and from Zimbabwe. He is the founder and Executive Director of the Africa Rise Foundation and the Vice Chair of Global Fund for Children's Youth Leadership Council. He is responsible for strategic decisions at the Africa Rise Foundation, ensuring young people obtain quality education, gain livelihood and employability skills, exercise their human rights, make healthy choices, and improve their communities. He is a holder of a BSC Honors degree in Human Resources Management from Great Zimbabwe University and is pursuing a MPhil Development Studies degree at University of Cape Town. He is a Canon Collins Trust and Mandela Institute for Development Studies (MINDS) scholar and an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative Regional Learning Centre South Africa. Solomon is passionate about the Sustainable Development Goals and the equality of mankind.
